Ninja Warrior Classes
Our Ninja classes are dedicated to teaching kids and adults fundamental movements that will not only help as a Ninja, but in day to day life as well.
Have you ever watched the show American Ninja Warrior and thought "I wish I could do that."? Well we might have a program for you. Starting at the age of 6 we have Ninja Warrior classes for all different levels. Starting from beginner (maybe never having worked out) to advanced. Our schedule varies so you will need to contact us for exact days and times. Our levels go from Level 1 (beginner), Level 2 (Intermediate), Competitive (advanced) and meet twice a week. Our Adult class is once a week and is setup for all different levels. We ask that all ninjas start by coming to Open Gym so that Coach Lauren and Coach Josh can get a good idea of the class that you need to be in.

League
Next Level Ninjas both compete at and host competitions in the Ultimate Ninja Athlete Association.
The Ultimate Ninja Athlete Association (UNAA), is the official Global League of World OCR for Ninja Competitions. UNAA promotes and organizes an international series at Ninja Obstacle course Gyms and competitions across the world. The UNAA World Series includes Area Qualifiers, Regional Qualifiers and the Ultimate Ninja World Championship Finals each year. The UNAA World Series is composed of judged competitions based on performance and time. The series allows athletes of all abilities to compete, and the top athletes in the sport are provided a chance to make a livelihood doing what they love, on a grand stage.
Team:
Ninja Warrior is mostly an individual sport, however our competitive team is a TEAM. We compete, train, laugh and support each other. Every team member is expected to treat one another with the respect that they deserve.
Open Gym
Fridays: 5 pm to 6:30 pm 6 yr. to 13 yr. - 6:30 to 8:00 pm - 14+ yr old
